Cancellation Policy
**Appointment Policy** **Deposit** A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. However, deposits can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if at least 24 hours' notice is provided. **Payment Methods** Accepted payment methods include Apple Pay, Cash, and Card. **Late Arrivals** A $10 late fee will apply if you arrive more than 10 minutes late. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and considered a no-show. **Cancellations** Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 20% fee. **Preparation** Please arrive without makeup for facials and ensure the waxing area is thoroughly cleansed before your appointment. I don’t do foreign fiils. Please come with clean bare eyelashes or book a removal. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!
